How do I delete my account?
Open the App β Settings β Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, leaderboard entries, nickname, and all associated data. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.
How does the referral system work?
Open Settings β Invite Friends to get your 6-character code. Share it with friends. Each friend who enters your code in their App gives you 1 of each power-up (up to 5 friends = 5 of each). The new user also gets 1 of each power-up as a welcome gift.
Can I change my nickname?
Yes, once every 30 days. Go to Settings β Pilot Name.
I lost my progress after reinstalling
Local progress (high scores, power-ups) is device-specific. To keep it across devices, sign in with Google, Apple, or Email. Your leaderboard scores and referral data are tied to your account and sync automatically.
I found a bug / the game crashes
Please email our.bug.farm@gmail.com with:
- Your device model (e.g., Pixel 8, iPhone 15)
- OS version (e.g., Android 15, iOS 18)
- What you were doing when the bug occurred
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
How do I get a refund for an in-app purchase?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play:
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: support.google.com/googleplay
Which languages are supported?
Currently Spanish and English. More languages coming soon.
Is the game free?
Yes, Word 'em Up is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases are available for power-ups and cosmetics. Ads are shown to support free play; rewarded ads (optional) give you extra items.
